Q: Where do "Request Information" inquiries go?
A: These inquiries are sent to the email address you provided on the enhanced listing form. They will arrive with the subject line: "Request for Information - from Marketplace Events." If you sent a test and didn’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.


Q: Why aren’t the links to my website or social media accounts working correctly?
A: Make sure to enter the full URL exactly as it appears in your web browser. Partial links or incorrect formats can break the connection.

Correct examples:

  • Website: https://marketplaceevents.com/
  • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/homeandgardenevents
  • Instagram: https://instagram.com/homeandgardenevents

Incorrect examples:

  • www.marketplaceevents.com
  • Marketplace Events
  • @homeandgardenevents

Important tip: If you're seeing a red error message, try removing www. from the URL and ensure it starts with https://.


Q: I'm in multiple shows. How can I copy my enhanced listing to other events?
A: At the top of your listing form, you’ll see a section titled: “The changes you submit here can also apply to your other events (if you like).” Simply check the box next to each additional show you'd like to update. When you press the green “Save Listing Now” button, your content will apply to all selected events.
Q: Why isn’t my information saving?
A: Be sure to click the green “Save Listing Now” button before uploading any images. If you upload images first, any text you’ve entered may be lost.
Q: Why is there an error with my video?
A: Only YouTube and Vimeo videos are supported. Please use a direct link to a specific video, not a channel, short, reel, or TikTok. Also, make sure the video’s settings allow embedding.
Q: Why doesn’t my logo display correctly?
A: For best results, upload your logo as a JPG file. Avoid using PNG files, which may display with a black background. Unsupported formats include PDF, GIF, TIFF, and DOC.
Q: Why is my “Show Special” or “New Products” text being cut off? A: These fields have a 250-character limit. If your content is being cut off, try shortening the text to fit within the character count.
